Introduction

The "Parts Assistant" platform at www.partsassistant.com, its applications and its ChatGPT plugin (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these terms.

Parts Assistant (partsassistant.com) is owned by مؤسسة عبد الرحمن عبدالله التويجري لقطع غيار السيارات, Commercial Registration No. 1131029239, Unified No. 7006556273, Buraydah, Saudi Arabia.

Your account

You register and sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent to it; there is no password. You are responsible for everything done from your account and for the accuracy of your details and shipping address. The Platform may suspend any account that breaches these terms or misuses the service.

Sales and prices

The Platform is the seller on every order and every invoice is issued in its name; the merchants shown in offers are the Platform's suppliers. Prices shown within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia include VAT as required by law; orders shipped outside the Kingdom are zero-rated. Shipping fees are shown before payment and carry no VAT. An order is confirmed once paid, and an unpaid order is cancelled when its payment window expires.

Returns

A return may be requested within 14 days of delivery, and the window given to an order stays as it was even if it later changes. A returned part must be in its original condition and not installed.

Catalogue information and fitment

Part numbers, drawings and fitment information come from the manufacturers' catalogues and are shown to help you choose a part. Fitment is computed from the vehicle's specifications (its VIN or the specifications you select); when information is missing, the Platform says so and does not guess. We recommend matching the part number against the original part or with a qualified technician before installation; the Platform is not responsible for installing a part whose fit was not verified.

The ChatGPT plugin and data interfaces

The Platform's ChatGPT plugin is read-only: it identifies vehicles, searches parts, checks fitment and shows drawings; it places no orders, shows no prices, needs no account, and is subject to usage limits that protect the service. Using the Platform, its plugin or its interfaces to harvest, copy or republish the catalogue automatically, to exceed the usage limits, or to reach anything not publicly offered is prohibited, and the Platform may stop any such use.

Intellectual property

The catalogue content, drawings, design and brand belong to the Platform or to its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Information is provided "as is". The Platform is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the information, and its liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
