Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account or placing an order, such as: name, email, phone number, and shipping address. We also automatically collect usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages you visit.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, manage your account, improve our services, communicate with you about your orders, and protect the platform from unauthorized use.

Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience on the site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and protect accounts and the service from misuse — including a necessary security cookie issued only to a signed-in account, which carries no personal data. You can control cookie settings from your browser.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases: suppliers to fulfill your order, shipping companies to deliver your order, or when legally required by authorities.

Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of sensitive data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, and object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.

The ChatGPT plugin

When you use the Platform's plugin in ChatGPT we receive only what ChatGPT sends to the Platform's tool: the vehicle name or VIN, the part name or number, and the specification choices; we do not receive your name or your ChatGPT account. For each request we record the tool, the result, the time and the sender's IP address; the VIN is stored in that record only as a one-way hash that cannot be reversed, and the record is deleted after 90 days. A VIN decoded for the first time may be kept with the vehicle data it identifies in our vehicle records, without any link to a person, so it can be answered from memory next time. We do not sell or share this data, and we use it only to run the service and protect it from abuse.
